Greek tennis ace Stefanos Tsitsipas teased his fans about an upcoming Red Bull initiative as he shared a post on social media. While the tennis ace did not divulge the details, he just wrote a one-sentence quote using Red Bulls’ tagline.

This caused many to speculate if Tsitsipas was planning to launch any initiative with Red Bull, the energy drink brand. Tsitsipas shared a post on X wherein talked about heroes, capes, and wings.

While this might indicate any upcoming initiative from Red Bull, it might be just a promotional post from Tsitsipas. As the energy drink company already sponsors the Greek tennis ace, Tsitsipas might have shared the post using the brand’s tagline just to promote it.

Stefanos Tsitsipas continues to struggle on the tour

While Stefanos Tsitsipas is slaying off the tennis court, the Greek’s struggles on the court continue. The World No. 11 has not won anything since the Los Cabos Open last year. While injuries trouble Tsitsipas at the fag end of the 2023 season, things haven’t improved much in the 2024 season as well.

The 25-year-old started the season with the United Cup but only to lose in the quarterfinal. Tsitsipas was supposed to fare well at the 2024 Australian Open but the Greek ace could only reach the fourth round where he was defeated by America’s Taylor Fritz.

He reached the semifinal in Los Cabos and quarterfinal in Acaplulco but a title still eluded the Greek. Tsitsipas fought well at the Indian Wells Open, reaching the fourth round. But he lost to 32nd seed Jiri Lehecka in an upset.

The performance only deteriorated at the Miami Open where the Greek tennis star suffered a second-round exit after losing to Denis Shapovalov in his first match of the tournaments. Now, with the clay season set to kick off, Tsitsipas will have his challenges doubled.
