Eugenie Bouchard, the 28-year-old Canadian in terms of popularity is one of the best players in the women’s circuit as she rose to fame in 2014 as she powered through to the Wimbledon finals where she eventually lost the title to Petra Kvitová. Although she has struggled to find her form recently, her popularity has continued to increase on social media.

After failing to participate in the Roland Garros due to a lack of match fitness, Bouchard had to drop out of Wimbledon as well despite signing up for it. The Canadian will be looking to focus on the US Open now and improve on her track record at the tournament as she has only gone as far as the round of 16 in the tournament.

Genie Bouchard took to Instagram to share a bunch of pictures from her second meet and greet and pizza party at a famous pizza joint in New York City, Joe’s Pizza. This was the second pizza party as fans went wild when she announced the meet and greet at the same spot last year.

A fan took to Twitter to share throwback pictures from last year’s pizza party to which Bouchard wrote back “Omg should we do genies pizza party 2022??” to which the fans replied ecstatically with a resounding ‘Yes.’ The pizza party at Joe’s Pizza is starting to become an annual thing for Bouchard fans.

Later, Bouchard posted the snaps of the party on Instagram and Twitter both where she thanked her fans for attending the meet and greet, fans from all around the country came to just catch a glimpse of their favourite player and have a chance at interacting with her. Looking at the increasing popularity of this event, it is sure to become an annual thing for Genie Bouchard and her fans.
