Novak Djokovic, the recently crowned Wimbledon champion has taken his tally to 21Grand Slams after a victory over the Nick Kyrgios. The Serb defeated the unseeded Kyrgios by 4-6, 6-3, 6-4, 7-6. Nick quite controlled the game in the first set and handled the pressure of playing the major final and winning the first set but as the game went to the next rounds, it started to slip from his hands. It was Novak who ruled the court in the next three sets to extend his streak to the 4th consecutive Wimbledon title.
On the next morning after the final, Novak celebrated his title triumph with his family at the centre court where the latter was seen carrying his kids on his back and running on the court, Novak posted a short video of the family on his official Instagram account. He also posted a video of him thanking everyone who support him throughout the tournament.

Novak Djokovic was greeted by thousands of his loyal fans as he got a hero’s welcome on his homecoming after winning his latest Wimbledon title. He went back to his birthplace in Serbia to celebrate his latest Grand Slam title and he was left waving to thousands of fans cheering from the balcony of Belgrade’s City Hall. Novak also threw 20 signed tennis balls from the balcony.
As soon as the video of his great welcome started surfacing on Twitter fans started reacting to the video where one fan compared the 35 years old to Boxing Legend, Muhammad Ali. Some compared him to Hollywood’s Marvel character Captain America whereas some stayed in the real world and commented on his humble nature, great personality, and kind of human being he is.
