Spanish tennis star Rafael Nadal started his title defense campaign at the Australian Open. In the First Round, he is pitted against the Brit Jack Draper. Though Nadal is the favorite to win the battle against the 21-year-old, a change in conditions during the match can cause him trouble.

The match is going into the third set with both the players looking at their best. There is some chance of rain which could force a match indoors. This change in the condition will not be a best-case scenario for two-time champion Nadal.

Social media fans were quick to side with the journalist as they believe an indoor match will level the field for the Brit. Some of them seemed unsympathetic toward Nadal. “How’s he even in the goat discussion if he can’t deal with a boy because the roof is closed?” one of the tweets read. The match was evenly poised before the third set. By taking the second set Draper became just the second player to take a set from Nadal in the first round of the Australian Open. But Nadal moved ahead in the third one despite the rain scare. More updates to follow.
