Republican politician Vivek Ramaswamy continues to remain in the news as election season in the USA gets intense. At one point, a candidate for the Presidential election, he was eventually defeated by former president Donald Trump for the candidature of the President.

Amid the tensions of the elections, the 38-year-old blew off some steam in one of his favorite ways. A national-ranked tennis player during his younger days, Ramaswamy was seen engrossed in a match. Surely a friendly duel, but some of the shots were quite impressive from the politician.
In the clip uploaded by the Harvard alumnus on X (formerly Twitter), he hit multiple one-handed backhands, one of the toughest shots in tennis. The shots were clean and precise in landing in the opponent’s court. His final backhand was hit across the court which set up the forehand for him.
His forehand was as clean as his backhand as he hit the winner to secure the point. The video quickly went viral in tennis circles garnering him praise for his shot-making skills.

Ramaswamy has been famous in the tennis circle lately irrespective of his skills. The politician publicly supported World No. 1 Novak Djokovic for his stance of not getting vaccinated for COVID-19.
