American tennis legend Venus Williams is making a comeback to the tour with the 2024 Indian Wells. The seven-time singles Grand Slam champion has been handed a wildcard entry into the main draw. Williams will be playing after almost six months and fans are excited to watch the 43-year-old in action.
Venus has started practicing and fans are lining up at the venue to watch her play. The American ace, meanwhile, also takes out some time to sign autographs and click pictures. During the same, fans showered immense love on Williams and the tennis ace also responded.

As the 43-year-old was signing autographs on Saturday, a fan shouted “You’re awesome, we appreciate you”. The tennis player also acknowledged the love and said they were making her cry. This lovely exchange between the tennis ace and the fans was captured and then shared by Indian Wells’ official X handle.
Venus Williams would be hoping to make the most of her comeback
Once a force to reckon with, Venus Williams is not the same player anymore. The 43-year-old is in the twilight of her career and is battling injuries.

The 43-year-old last played at the 2023 US Open where she had a first-round exit. Now that Williams will be back in action, she would be hoping to make the most of this opportunity.
