“Very embarrassing” Players’ security in question after a huge fight erupts between three security personnel at Wimbledon 2022

Security at the Wimbledon Championship 2022 has come under the radar since the beginning of the tournament after a fight broke between three security personnel of Knight Group Security in front of the crowd within the grounds of the tennis tournament.
Security services have been provided by the Carlisle Security Services and Knight Group Security are among a number of agencies that provide security services at the All England Club. In another incident, some staff had not scanned the tickets properly which led to a lot of commotion. Such incidents put the reputation of the company as well as of the tournament at stake.

“To have a fight in front of the fans doesn’t look good. It’s embarrassing for everyone at the Wimbledon 2022”.
The fight erupted between the three security guards after one of them took a three hour long break without informing beforehand and it didn’t go well with the other two as they know each and every minute at the tournament is very crucial and important and how tirelessly they need to work for smooth functioning of the tournament. One of the witnesses shouted to “Call the security“. Police arrived and had to intervene to stop the fight and arrested the three personnel involved in the altercation.
One of sources claims that “There were no reports of any injury. They were taken into custody and later, were bailed until a date in late July”. The agencies showed displeasure in such events and called it as “embarrassing” and has led to their reputation at stake. Knight Group Security are yet to comment on this incident.
