Carlos Alcaraz, the 19-year-old Spanish tennis professional has well established himself as one of the best players in the world currently. Ranked world number 1, Alcaraz has the world at his feet. The Spaniard recently won the US Open title in a dream run after he defeated Norway’s Casper Ruud in the penultimate match.
The Spaniard’s recent US Open triumph has gained him loads of fans across the globe. Patrick Mouratoglou, the French tennis coach is often seen to be quite active on social media. He shares many video and photos of fan interactions and one such wholesome interaction was shared by him on his Instagram account recently.
Mouratoglou recently shared the video of a young fan that thinks the world of Carlos Alcaraz. In the video, the fans says, “At first I didn’t like him but then I started to like him. He is humble, he builds shots, he is never angry. He does the inside outs and inside ins,”
When asked about his favorite thing about Alcaraz, the boy said, “Of course the drop shots, because Alcaraz does it so much.”
Carlos Alcaraz bows out of the Astana Open

After winning the US Open, world number 1 Carlos Alcaraz has a lot of expectations on his shoulders. The Spaniard having won his first major title at just 19 years of age is surely going to have a lot of eyes on him. Alcaraz was unable to do justice to his hype as he bowed out of the Astana Open in the first round.
The Spaniard faced Belgium’s David Goffin in the first round of the tournament and he was beaten in straight sets by 7-5, 6-3. Alcaraz faced a lot of heat from the fans as he was unable to keep up his performances after the US Open. The world number 1 would surely be feeling the pressure now.
