The 2023 Swiss Indoors is at the business end with its quarter-final matches and the top 8 just got reduced to the best 4 of the tournament. Holger Rune, the top-seeded player of the tournament has managed to fight his way through the quarterfinals. However, during the game, the Dane found himself as the center of attraction as he was caught being in an argument with the chair umpire.

During the quarter-final game against Argentine Tomás Martín Etcheverrythe chair umpire had mistaken the Dane’s name and called him Casper by mistake. This hilarious footage was posted on Twitter ( now known as X) by a fan and it shows Rune exchanging a few words with the chair umpire during the break and that’s when the umpire called his Casper.

“ Most of the time you are good, Casper,” said the umpire, and to this Casper replied with “ I’m not Casper”.

The quarterfinal match between the two was an exciting one as both the players played well to take the game to the third set. The first set was won pretty easily by Rune but the Argentine came back to win the second set to take the game to the decider set. This was one of the closest deciders as both the players did not give an inch and took the game deep where Rune prevailed and managed to secure his spot in the top 4.
