The likes of Amélie Mauresmo former world No.1 and two-time Grand slam winner who has been appointed as the tournament director of the French Open were seen in the video.

Djokovic was mesmerized by the surprise given to him by the officials at Roland Garros. There was a big smile on his face while posing for a picture with a huge birthday cake in front of him.

Although, the surprises didn’t end there. The world No.1 was gifted an electric scooter by the officials and he hopped onto the scooter with a helmet on and was all set to take it for a spin outside.

Novak Djokovic has been one of the biggest forces in tennis in the past decade and has played some dominating tennis. He is halfway through his 30s and still holds the world’s No.1 rank.

It has been a weird year for the Serbian since he wasn’t able to contest at the Australian Open due to his vaccination status. However, he will be delighted to play his first Grand slam of the year.

He will be facing the Japanese Yoshihito Nishioka in his first-round match at the Roland Garros 2022. Djokovic would be eager to win the title and equalize his score with Rafael Nadal for the highest number of Grand Slam titles won by a player.
