Spanish World No.8 Paula Badosa put up a prank on her doubles partner, Belarusian World No.4 Aryna Sabalenka inside a restaurant at Guadalajara with a fake birthday celebration including Birthday Cake and balloons.

The video was posted by Badosa herself via Instagram where we could see Sabalenka was surprised with an unexpected twist in a normal going team dinner. Sabalenka confirmed the same by posting an Instagram story saying that her birthday is actually in May and there will be a reverse prank on Badosa soon.

I would say she’s like my soulmate on the tour, I found that she’s pretty similar to me; we have the same character and reactions to things. If you look at her, you might think that she’s standoffish or self-involved, but she’s so different in reality!” Sabalenka reflected on her friendship with Padosa in the US Open 2022.
