On the eve of Christmas, American Tennis superstar Serena Williams shared an Instagram video. In the video, her elder daughter Olympia Ohanian is seen helping her 4-month-old sister Adira work out. In the video, Serena’s husband Alexis Ohanian is also present. Olympia is seen wearing a red dress while her sister is in holiday jammies.

In the video, Serena is heard saying, ” Doucement, doucement…comme ca” which means to be “gently, gently…like that.” The American posted this video with the caption that says:

We all work out in this family.

Olympia is seen carefully holding her baby sister and lowering her down, to make Adira do assisted sit-ups. Last month, Serena said that Olympia is learning to take care of her little sis Adira.

In August, Serena welcomed her second baby girl, Adira River with her tech entrepreneur husband Alexis Ohanian. She frequently shares posts of her daughters on her social media handles. Adira, just four months old has already been indulged in training sessions. Her elder sister Olympia and her mother Serena Williams are seen assisting her with it.

After her retirement last year, Williams has put all her time into embracing motherhood. She has opened up about the struggles of motherhood and how people glamorize it. However, the American stated that her life is not as glamorous as people think. Williams also shared the contribution of her father in her life and how that has helped her to make her family stronger.

The American has also opened up about the fact that Olympia always wanted a sister. But the American herself was very anxious about whether she could ever love her second child like she did to Olympia. However, the American stated that in the end things worked out very well and their family is very happy.
