Alexander Zverev took an early lead as he won the first set 6-4 against Tsitsipas. Zverev looks like he is about to make it a double on the clay court. Stefanos Tsitsipas would have to win this set, and he has made a great start by preventing the breakpoint from Zverev. Zverev would like to seal the matters in the second set as Tsitsipas has already made a lot of comeback wins in Rome and Zverev would like to stop this habit of Tsitsipas.

Alexander Zverev would like to bring the scores closer and make a back-to-back win against Tsitsipas heading into the French Open 2022.
