The 2024 Indian Wells Open is all set to get underway with the first-round matches scheduled for Wednesday. The ATP and WTA Masters is one of the most sought-after tournaments for the massive exposure and compensation it awards to the players. The tournament recently increased its prize pool and having renowned brands as sponsors definitely plays a big role in that.
Like every year, the 2024 Indian Wells also has a big list of sponsors. While BNP Paribas is the title sponsor for the Masters tournament, other top brands like Rolex, Emirates, and Fila are also engaged in a sponsorship deal with the Indian Wells Open.
Notably, the main draws for the 2024 Indian Wells have already been revealed. While Serbian tennis legend Novak Djokovic is the top seed in the men’s singles event, Polish ace Iga Swiatek is the top seed in the women’s event. The seeded players in both men’s and women’s categories have been given a bye in the first round.
However, veteran tennis stars like Rafael Nadal, Andy Murray, Venus Williams, and Caroline Wozniacki will be in action in the first round. The tournament will run for two weeks and the winners will be awarded with a whopping $1.1 million in prize money and 1000 ranking points.
