When I was younger, my idol was Nadal. I mean, we play little bit different game. I mean, he’s not playing flat like me. Mentally I think he’s the best in the sport. So, yeah, he’s the best for me,” said Marozsán. He was asked about what makes Rafael Nadal special for him when compared to other greats like Roger Federer or Novak Djokovic, who were also playing at their best during Marozsán’s youth. Marozsán said that it was Rafael Nadal’s mentality that inspired him. He termed Rafael Nadal as a ‘fighter’ and someone who wanted to win everything.

He is a big higher. He don’t want to lose any points. He want to win everything,” said Marozsán about the legendary Spaniard. The 22-times Grand Slam winner’s comeback at the 2023 Roland-Garros is still in doubt due to his injury. Rafael Nadal is the defending champion in the tournament.
