Martina Trevisan is one of the flagbearers of Italian tennis with the player having been a regular on the WTA Tour and ITF events. The Italian player reached her career-high ranking of World No. 59 prior to the start of the 2022 French Open where she reached the semi-finals in a Grand Slam for the first time.

Martina made her Grand Slam debut in the 2020 Australian Open losing in the first round after reaching the main-draw as a qualifier. She reached the last-8 on her French Open debut at the 2020 French Open. With the 2020 Wimbledon not held that year, she skipped the 2020 US Open as well. She made her Wimbledon and US Open debut during the 2021 season.

In the other three slams, she is yet to go past the second round while she awaits her maiden win at the Wimbledon Championships. With 10 ITF titles and one WTA Tour title at the 2022 Rabat Open in Morocco, Martina is slowly rising in rankings having already become the Italian No. 3 in the WTA singles rankings.

Trevisan, 28, is currently married to her longtime boyfriend Marco Parra with the couple being the proud parents of a daughter as well. While Trevisan has been active on her social media handles posting photos of the happy family, she has remained silent on her husband’s profession and details about their relationship in an attempt to keep her personal matters private. As per reports, however, Marco is also involved in some capacity in the sports world.
