According to recent reports, the hearing will be conducted by a bench of three judges instead of one. This could prove to be a plus point for Novak Djokovic. The world No.1 has already defeated the Australian Government in Federal Court once and will be looking at making in two in two this time around.

Novak Djokovic is spending his fifth night in the city’s detention hotel. The world No.1 has been through a lot in the past few weeks and would hope on achieving a favorable result in what is expected to be the final hearing before the commencement of Australian Open.
According to reports, Djokovic’s lawyers have asked for the case to be held before a bench of three judges instead of a solitary judge. This proved to be a huge victory for Djokovic and his lawyers and having a bench with three judges could increase the chances of Djokovic winning the case.
