Carlos Alcaraz, the 20-year-old Spaniard, has been one of the headline players for the last couple of years. Winning a couple of slams and even beating Novak Djokovic a couple of times, the young prodigy has won the hearts of many at the age of 20. 

But has he won over the heart of a girl? That is a question the whole tennis world wants to know, especially his female fan following.

If not Alcaraz, his coach, Juan Carlos Ferrero, hinted at his player’s dating life. In a recent interview with Clay Tennis, the renowned coach was asked if he ever spoke to Alcaraz about his dating life.

Well, it comes up in conversations from time to time, obviously he has to know that in the situation he’s in, if it’s positive for him on a tennis level. At the moment he’s calm, he’s young, and he’s not in a hurry to have a relationship. When it comes, it will come to him, as it has come to all of us at some point.

Clearly stated by his coach, Alcaraz is not in a hurry to be in a relationship, and the coach has left it to the player to decide what is best for him.

Although the coach reckons that Alcaraz is single, there have been rumors of the Spaniard dating an athlete and student, Maria Gonzalez Gimenez. Some pictures have also circulated of the Spaniard with the girl, but there are still reports claiming that he is single.

However, the tennis world knows how shy the Spaniard gets when it comes to talking about girls. Recently, he won the hearts of many during an interview, where he started blushing while talking about watching WTA tennis. 

Well, yes. I watch WTA as well. I mean, when I can, obviously. I mean when I turn the TV on, if it's WTA, ATP, whatever, I like to watch.

During the Australian Open, he stuttered and hesitated before answering that he also watches women’s tennis. Although fans spread rumors about Emma Raducanu, this rumor died away soon, but then another one arose with athlete and student Maria Gonzalez. Although reports state that this rumor is also fake, the pictures say otherwise. 

However, the coach, Ferrero, leaves it to his player to decide his dating life. At the time of writing, there is no official relationship status for Alcaraz. Right now, he is treating a small ankle injury and will be back before anyone knows.
