The Los Angeles Dodgers have been in full swing in the offseason. After winning the World Series, the team made some big moves. One of these moves saw them re-sign Teoscar Hernandez. The 2024 Home Run Derby champion is now ‘praying to god’ for the team to bring back Kike Hernandez.
Like some Dodgers star, Kike Hernandez became a free agent following the conclusion of the 2024 season. Since then he is exploring his next move.
Appearing at the Dodger Territory podcast, Teoscar Hernandez opened up about wishing to be reunited with Kike Hernandez. While speaking on this matter, the slugger claimed that he misses him.

The two stars formed a deep bond in the 2024 season. With the two of them having the same surname, both have often been labeled as “brothers”.
After spending six seasons with the Dodgers from 2015 to 2020, Enrique ‘Kike’ Hernandez left the team. Following three seasons with the Boston Red Sox, he returned to the Dodgers in 2023.
The Dodgers’ fan favorite is currently linked with a move to the Philadelphia Phillies. However, he has expressed his desire to return to the Los Angeles-based franchise.
Kiké Hernández has been named as a potential suitor for the Philadelphia Phillies:

After a slow start to the 2024 season, he was diagnosed with astigmatism in his right eye. This saw him wearing sunglasses in the second half of the campaign. He batted with a .294/.357/.451 slash line in the postseason and collected 15 hits, with two of them being home runs.
Teoscar Hernandez reflects on re-signing with the LA Dodgers on a 3-year $66 million deal
During the 2024 campaign, Teoscar Hernandez showed off his impressive power as he belted 33 home runs en route to winning the World Series with the Los Angeles Dodgers. This performance made him a top name in the free agency market. While appearing on the Dodgers Territory podcast, he reflected on re-signing with the team.
After several weeks of speculations, Hernandez penned down a 3-year $66 million deal. The Dominican International claimed that he rejected deals from several teams as he only wanted to return to the Dodgers.
Hernandez later mentioned how he felt comfortable with his family in LA. He though did admit that a offer needed to be a really huge for him to consider leaving the city behind.
