The Miz suffered a crushing loss against Bronson Reed on Raw. If that wasn’t enough, his tag team partner, R-Truth, received a brutal punishment from the Aussie star after the match. The A-Lister wasn’t pleased with what happened to the 52-year-old veteran and expressed his disappointment on social media.

Miz took to X and stated that, thankfully, he wasn’t injured by Bronson Reed‘s devastating move, the Tsunami. However, The Miz also said its impact should not be overlooked. The legendary wrestler requested Raw General Manager Adam Pearce to ban the move immediately, believing it was the right time to do so. Miz expressed concern for both R-Truth and Seth Rollins, the two latest victims of the 35-year-old’s wrath.

It all transpired on the latest episode of Raw. The Miz was still upset that he couldn’t wrestle at SummerSlam in his hometown. His tag team partner tried to cheer him up by setting up a match for the Intercontinental title against Bron Breakker. Truth’s efforts worked, and the 43-year-old legend was happy for a moment until he realized that his match was against Bronson Reed, not Breakker.

I was not injured by the impact of 8.3 kangaroos, 3 boars & 1/3 of a baby elephant. As much as MichaelCole and PatMcAfeeShow like to joke about this move. Its impact is understated. Adam Pierce smart move might be to ban BRONSONISHERE from doing it. 2 top stars are out.

Although the legend put up a fair fight against the 328-pound wrestler, the latter ended the match with a Tsunami. When Reed decided to dish out more punishment on Miz, Truth stepped in to save his partner. However, it didn’t end well for him, as the Aussie star destroyed him with five Tsunamis. First Seth Rollins, and now R-Truth—only time will tell who his next victims will be.

Could The Miz be on the verge of turning to his dark side again after multiple failures?

Things aren’t looking good for the tag team of Awesome Truth at this point. They reached their peak when they captured the World Tag Team Championships at WrestleMania XL. However, it all went downhill once they lost their titles to The Judgment Day. Unfortunately, the only person to blame for their loss is R-Truth, who unnecessarily gifted title shots to their enemies.

The 43-year-old star has been on a babyface run for almost a year now, which started with his feud against Gunther. After Truth’s return from injury at Survivor Series: WarGames last November, they eventually reunited and reformed Awesome Truth. During their time as a tag team, there were many moments where clear frustration could be seen on Miz’s face.

Every time the 52-year-old veteran has made a mistake, fans have felt that he was getting an inch closer to a heel turn. During their first run as a villainous tag team in 2011, it was The A-Lister who turned heel and attacked Truth. This time, it could end the same way, with the two veterans seemingly headed for a rivalry down the line.
