The Undertaker is known for his out-of-the-book persona. The Phenom had been a part of major storylines throughout his illustrious career, carrying the company for well over three decades. However, that being said, he was also a part of one of the most infamous wardrobe malfunctions in WWE history.
Recently, during his appearance on Insight with Chirs Van Vliet, the Deadman recalled an embarrassing incident where his coat wouldn’t come off on Raw 1000. He explained in the story that his coat was very heavy, and the trick was to drop it off his shoulders. However, it accidentally folded that night and wouldn’t come off.
Anyway, I make my entrance. I got to drop the coat off my shoulders. Well, instead of falling like it did at Mania, it folded, and the more I'm messing with the tighter it's getting. So now they have realized I'm having a wardrobe malfunction. The Undertaker on Insight
Moreover, the legend revealed that the more he tried to take it off by force, the more it got difficult. It led to an awkward pause, as this botch came during a live segment with Kane. Even The Big Red Machine was clueless about the situation as he was caught dropping an NSFW bomb by saying, “Oh sh*t.” Thereafter, this prompted a member of the crew to help Taker take off his coat.
Nonetheless, the wardrobe malfunction didn’t stop The Undertaker from finishing off that segment that ended with The Brother of Destructions standing tall. It was quite a hilarious incident that transpired on Raw in 2012. The Phenom has been open about his life and career lately. He regularly provides his views on WWE’s recent happenings in interviews. Recently, the WWE Hall of Famer also revealed the one star who has impressed him the most in this generation.
The Undertaker confirms his wrestling career is over
The Undertaker was one of the most unique characters in professional wrestling. Unfortunately, he bid adieu to WWE after his last match against AJ Styles in 2020. He has remained retired ever since and has not wrestled any matches thereafter. Speaking on Insight with Chris Van Vliet, the WWE Hall of Famer confirmed his status and admitted that he would never wrestle again.
The Phenom went on to say that his body doesn’t allow him to do any such activities. He didn’t discard the fact that he couldn’t wrestle. However, if he does, he won’t be able to deliver to modern standards. As such, he strongly believes that he will never come out of retirement to have one more match.
But after I did it I came back and I was like, 'I'm good now. I don't need to do this again.' I'm not saying that I wouldn't if they needed something like that again, but I'm not gonna have a match or I'm not coming out of retirementThe Undertaker on Insight
That doesn’t mean the Phenom is completely gone from WWE. Taker said that he is open for some appearances, as he did at WrestleMania XL, expressing that he enjoyed the moment. Therefore, there is always a chance for a one-off appearance. With that said, it will be interesting to see when and where the fans will witness the wrath of the Deadman once again in WWE.
