Los Angeles Lakers’ Head Coach Frank Vogel reveal plans of getting back Anthony Davis and Lebron James back onto the court in the last two pre-season games. The LA Lakers have been formidable in their two pre-season games against city rivals LA Clippers. With Talen Horton-Tucker and Kyle Kuzma in great form, Lebron James and Anthony Davis adding up can be lethal.
As the Lakers fans want to see Lebron and AD in full-form in the regular season. It was important for them to get some game time registered against their names. Ever since AD was traded from the New Orleans Pelicans, Lebron and he have been unstoppable. With Rondo going somewhere else, it would be important for these two to take even more responsibility.

Now, Coach Frank Vogel has announced that both AD and LeBron will feature in the final two games. He said, “They’ve been participating heavily in practice and they’re going to sit these two first preseason games out and hopefully play in the final two preseason games,” Vogel said after the Lakers’ second game. “Play some in-game three and more in-game four to get as close as possible to a dress rehearsal for the regular season.”
Lakers would be happy to see that all-their new signings have been super impressive in the pre-season games. Dennis Schroder and Wesley Matthews only played the first game against the Clippers and looked bright. On the other hand, Marc Gasol and Montrezl Harrell played both games and left fans applauding.
There is no doubt that this Lakers’ roster has both experience and young lengs. There would be surely no surprise if the Lakers dig deep to defend their championship. But as we all know the NBA, it’s full of surprises.
