Chelsea head coach Thomas Tuchel has won his first manager of the month award after spending just two months in charge of the London Blue’s. The German coach has been an absolute sensation since his arrival and is yet to lose a match yet in charge of Chelsea.

Chelsea had the perfect month in the Premier League as they saw off two major opponents in their top four race. They defeated Jurgen Klopp’s Liverpool at Anfield- a feat Chelsea have failed to achieve since 2014. Mason Mount scored a stunner of a goal to guide the Blues to victory.
They also managed to see of Carlo Ancelotti’s Everton in a crucial match as Jorginho’s penalty sealed the victory for them. However they did have to settle for a draw against Leeds United. But the clean sheet record was still kept in tact much credit to goalkeeper Eduoard Mendy.
Thomas Tuchel achieved success on the continental stage as well Amongst all the Premier League drama. They successfully defeated Atletico Madrid in the UEFA Champions League round of sixteen. They will be facing FC Porto in the quarterfinals.
‘Everyone was training today and we had a good, high quality session,’ said Tuchel at his pre-match press conference.
‘Apart from N’Golo Kante, he wasn’t with the squad and he did some individual work.’Everybody else was out on the pitch and are all available for tomorrow, which is good news.’
