24-year-old WWE star breaks silence after causing controversial finish to a huge Smackdown main event

Tiffany Stratton made sure it was Tiffy Time, as she interfered in a title match between Naomi and Bayley in the main event of SmackDown. She attacked both superstars and put every superstar on notice. Subsequently, Stratton sent a message on social media after launching the vicious attack. 

The 24-year-old star took to X and shared a picture of her celebration with her eyes on the prize. She stated that she would soon snatch the title away from Bayley. She also took revenge on Naomi, who defeated her to become the No. 1 contender to fight The Role Model for the title. 

Tiffany Stratton was already a hot prospect when she made her debut on the main roster. However, she completely transformed into a legitimate main event contender with an impressive performance at the Royal Rumble and Elimination Chamber. The 24-year-old star also won the Slammy Award for NXT Superstar of the Year.

Needless to say, the former NXT Women’s Champion certainly Bayley’s attention with her attack. It will be interesting to see whether she gets an opportunity to fight The Role Model for the title at Backlash.

After Stratton ruined the main event title match between Naomi and Bayley, they both had something to say. They lambasted their adversary on social media for her actions.

The former two-time SmackDown Women’s champion was furious at the 24-year-old for ruining her chance to win the title. The two superstars have developed quite a rivalry, as both scored a pinfall victory over each other.

Meanwhile, Bayley’s response was rather interesting. First of all, she praised her for being brave enough to ruin her title match. However, she also stated that her actions wouldn’t be forgiven and that she would come for her revenge soon. 

I probably would've done the same thing, Tiffstrattonwwe. I kind like that you made such a ballsy move- those kind of things will only make this division stronger. I mean, YOU'RE DONE FOR, but... good for you. I'll be seeing you.

With both superstars shifting their attention to Stratton and seeing her as their common threat, fans could see a Triple Threat match at Backlash. It will be interesting to see what transpires on next week’s episode of SmackDown.
