On Friday, Tiger Woods found himself in trouble again. The golfer was arrested and booked under charges of Driving Under the Influence (DUI) after being involved in another car crash.
According to reports, the incident took place around 2 p.m. in Jupiter, Florida, just near his residence. Woods, who was driving a luxury SUV, would attempt to pass a cleaner truck in a two-way lane.
While he was able to swerve away from a collision, his vehicle would clip the truck’s trailer. This resulted in his land rover flipping over. The 50-year-old would then crawl out of the car.
As per the law enforcement, Woods submitted to an alcohol breathlyzer, which came back as 0.00. However, he refused to take part in urinalysis. He was thus arrested and charged with DUI, property damage and refusal to submit.

This is not the first time Woods has been involved in a car crash. In 2009, he was involved in a single-car accident after crashing into a fire hydrant.
In 2017, he was found unconscious behind the wheel of his vehicle in Jupiter, Florida. He was charged with a DUI, with toxicology reports revealing the presence of five drugs in his system. He would later plead guilt to reckless driving.
4 years later, in 2021, he was involved in a major single-car crash outside of Los Angeles. He would suffer significant lower-body injuries and require multiple surgeries.

This development comes just a few days after Woods returned to golfing action. This past week, he took part in the TGL and played for the Jupiter Links GC for the first time this season in the finals against the Los Angeles Golf Club (LAGC).
His return, however, did not go as he would have planned. The Jupiter Links GC suffered a 9-2 defeat in Game 2 of the best-of-three finals and had to settle for a runner-up finish.
This, though, did spark speculations regarding his future. With the 2026 Masters Tournament around the corner, many wondered whether the 15-time major champion would participate in the first major of the year.
Woods has not made an official start on the PGA Tour since the Open Championship in July 2024. Last year, he ruptured his Achilles tendon before the Masters Tournament and then underwent a back surgery to replace his disc.

Take his license already. Dude's turned driving into an extreme sport at this point. How many rollovers before we admit he's a menace behind the wheel?
