United States vs Germany Match Preview
Germany has had a wonderful season thus far. The Julius Clemens duo defeated Japan and Poland in their last two games which allowed them to progress into the round of 16s. However, they were defeated by Italy in a hard-fought encounter. Germany would have learned a lot from their mistakes and they will back themselves to get past the USA.
The United States duo on the other hand has played like an invincible couple. They went past Italy, Switzerland, and Qatar in straight sets to make their way into the final 16s. Needless to say, Team USA will be high on confidence as no one really has been able to corner them in a single set.
However, the American duo would have to be careful against the unpredictable German side as the tournament is now at such a stage where a simple mistake can knock the big names out of the contention.

United States vs Germany Match Prediction
The German duo which will take the field is ranked number 8 in the world. They will feel that they have a chance to go past the duo from the US, however, as far as current form is concerned, it would be fair to say that Gibb and Bourne will walk into the encounter as the firm favorites. This promises to be a bail-biter.
