Lamar Jackson is without a doubt one of the most intriguing and difficult to defend against quarterbacks in the league. Now that he has an aerial attack to go along with his ability to evade almost everyone on the field, opposition defenders are always on their toes. The Baltimore Ravens superstar’s game is that difficult to comprehend that it brought out high praise from the NFL GOAT Tom Brady.

The 7-time Super Bowl champion was covering the Ravens vs Dallas Cowboys game from the FOX booth.

I love Lamar. I loved everything he’s done since he’s come into the league. He’s so productive.

When Jackson came on the field for the first snap, Brady said.

Later in the 2nd quarter as Jackson ran to a first down Brady called Jackson a superhuman and gave him a new nickname.

Brady added.

Brady continued his praise for the two-time league MVP and constantly talked about how the Ravens QB is a threat. As he feels, Jackson can make plays which others just cannot.

The game against the Dallas Cowboys was a testament of what Lamar Jackson’s legacy has been so far. An incredibly shifty quarterback who can make the most out of a broken play. His skills may not have led to a winning record so far. But that is more to do with the overall play of the team than just him.

If Tom Brady’s words are to be taken seriously, the Baltimore Ravens might shock some people this season. The 27-year-old has the skill to help his team get over the hump and run their way to a Super Bowl matchup.

Lamar Jackson responds to Tom Brady christening him a new nickname

The superstar quarterback was at the Baltimore Ravens practice facilities talking to the media. When asked specifically about the new nickname Tom Brady has christened him with, Jackson had a humbling reaction.

That’s the GOAT man. One of the greatest quarterbacks to ever play the game with seven Super Bowls. For him to give me a nickname ‘The Eraser’, how he judged my game is dope for me to hear.

Jackson said.

He was surprised to hear that the GOAT had given him that nickname. More importantly, for him it was a pat on his back hearing the way Brady judged his game.

The next game is against the league leading Buffalo Bills. With their defense still unpredictable, Lamar Jackson might have to resort to his ‘Eraser’ monicker a few times. He can also test their young defense with his passing.
