2024 saw Tom Brady embracing a lot of changes in his life. Not only was he inducted into the New England Patriots Hall of Fame, but he also debuted as an analyst for FOX. At around the same time, he also became a minority owner of the Las Vegas Raiders.

One of the major questions he faced prior to becoming a part owner was if he could maintain an unbiased approach while broadcasting for FOX. Other franchise owners did not want him criticizing their mistakes while keeping quiet on matters involving the Raiders.

Once they received assurances, the owners allowed him to invest in the franchise. After the regular season ended, reports claimed Tom Brady would give his inputs in selecting their next head coach. As a minority owner of the Las Vegas Raiders, he was going to sit during interviews.

After news of this did the rounds, some rumors started circulating that the NFL’s GOAT might leave FOX. Earlier today, he was a guest on The Herd and host Colin Cowherd naturally started off the segment with a question about Brady’s future.

I thought it was a great run for one solid year so. There’s time for new things….. yeah, I don’t know where it comes from. I know it always says ‘sources close to Brady’ or whatever.

The seven-time Super Bowl winning quarterback was essentially trolling those in the media that suggested he is leaving FOX. Some reporters claimed to have spoken to sources close to him, which bemused him.

Tom Brady ‘loves’ it at FOX

After trolling everyone, he decided to speak about his experience working with the network in his first year on the job. Tom Brady first talked about the nine years he has left on his deal with FOX. Then he went on to say give his colleagues their flowers by saying.

But I’ve had the best time at FOX. I’ve loved every time going into the booth and working with such great people, such as my partner Kevin (Burkhardt).

While praising Kevin Burkhardt, Tom Brady revealed he understood how different it is from playing and being in the commentator’s booth. He added that he was happy with year one and is excited to prepare for year two.

All throughout the time Brady spoke, Colin Cowherd was in splits. He said that the only people close to the former quarterback are his children. They are the last people to leak any information about their father, especially to reporters.

Tom Brady will call the NFC Championship game between the Philadelphia Eagles and the Washington Commanders on Sunday. He will get to watch an impressive rookie QB go up against a defense that has made his eyes pop.
