Tommaso Ciampa went nowhere with his attempts to RKO Randy Orton.

Randy Orton is known for his devastating RKOs, and there are few entities who have managed to deliver an RKO to the Viper himself. As such, Tommaso Ciampa has similar plans for the Apex Predator, as he is on a path to executing a successful RKO on the Legend Killer himself. In a recent video of his attempts, the former NXT Champion once again faced a massive failure to hit the move.
Johnny Gargano and Tommaso Ciampa shared a video of themselves sneaking behind Randy Orton. The two stars were seen conspiring to hit an RKO on the Viper himself. As the 39-year-old star went to get a hold of the Viper’s neck, he moved away, leading to a crash landing for the former NXT Champion right on the table.
It was a pretty rough bump for the Blackheart as Johnny Gargano criticized him for his failure by calling him “Stupid.” On the other hand, the former World Champion didn’t even flinch with this move, as he moved away from the catering table smoothly. It was a second try for the DIY member to smash Orton.
It is going to be interesting to see if Ciampa ever successfully hits an RKO on the Legend Killer. He has been working pretty incredibly on SmackDown as of now and is also a potential contender for the WWE Tag Team Championships alongside his partner Gargano.
This was not the first time Tomasso Ciampa attempted an RKO to Randy Orton
It all started last week when Tommaso Ciampa revealed his intentions of RKO-ing Randy Orton. In a video shared by Ciampa and Johnny Gargano last week, he revealed that he finds Orton’s music, muscles, and moves stupid. Therefore, he will hit him with his own move out of nowhere.
The ‘All Heart’ was reluctant towards these extreme intentions of Ciampa from the very start. However, he still went on to try to hit him with full force and failed miserably. It all transpired on the ringside. Therefore, Ciampa bumped just next to the steel steps.
Orton, who seems to be unaware of the situation, has been swiftly dodging the moves. It has become a point of discussion to see when and where Ciampa is going to fail next. Fans look quite interested in all of this more than the stint of the tag team on SmackDown.
