Since Hailee Deegan and AN Racing parted way, following the former’s lack of performance in the 2024 season, the NASCAR garage has been looking into who could be the next female racing star in the sport. Now the questions have been answered as Toyota Racing development prodigy Toni Breidinger has signed a deal with TRICON Garage to race for them in the 2025 Truck Season.
Impressive on track performance in the ARCA Mendes Series over the last few seasons and the P4 finish in the championship table wasn’t the only reason for Toni Breidinger landing the Truck seat. Her modelling ventures outside the sport helped her garner more attention than even the biggest stars in the sport could and alongside that comes huge sponsorships.
Recently in an interview with Forbs, Breidinger pointed out that most people around him asked her to focus on either modelling or racing, but she successfully found the middle ground and found the way to leverage modelling to succeed in NASCAR. Breidinger believes she has been successful in finding the right balance.
Toni Breidinger Cherishes having some special sponsors
Unlike many drivers on the garage, Toni Breidinger has the market demand to get sponsors that has nothing to do with racing industry support her and she really cherish working with them. Them supporting female athletes regardless of limited involvement in the sport is something she respect the most.
The comment from Breidinger shows the connections and reach she has built outside the sport. This going to be huge asset for her in the long run in the sport, with sponsorship becoming more and more important as the years progresses for racers.
