The Champions League is by far the most esteemed football club tournament, and has always been.
Some of the recent comebacks on this major stage are still remembered, as it is an amazing feat like no other in the world of football.
The Champions League puts out some of football’s best qualities and several spectacular comebacks.
We still recall the comebacks achieved in finals in recent years by Liverpool and Barcelona which is still sharp in our memories.

A spectacular free-kick from Neymar in the 88th minute and a goal in the 91st from spot before Sergi Roberto scored in the 95th to take it home from Neymar’s cross – who had an incredible game that no one can forget.

The braces each from Gini Wijnaldum and Divock Origi in the second leg cannot be written off history books as ‘one of the greatest comebacks in Champions League history’.
As they all say: ‘It all switches as you head to Anfield’ and Liverpool confirmed yet again with an unearthly fightback which no football fan can forget anytime soon.
