5. Mt. Villa

Mt Villa is an elevated area with a lighthouse and is surrounded by trees. This area is quite far from the middle of the map and is placed on the southern side o the map. The area offers placer a decent loot and offers good chances to survive as well.

Because of the location not many players chose to land in this spot. You can safely land here and travel to the rest of the parts of the map. With already equipped items from Mt. Villa gaining an advantage over your enemies.

4. Golf Course

Golf Course is marked by an open field with a stadium. The loot available is low and is one of the safest areas to land in for new players. Players generally avoid this spot due to the low tier loot and lack of cover. However, players need to watch out for enemies that do land there, as there is little to no cover in this open field.

3. Marbleworks

Marbleworks is located on the left-hand side of the map, right across the river. It is right next to the central location, Brasilia and is a popular landing spot as well. The terrain in this location is flat with warehouses lining an open field. On top of that, it is one of the largest locations on the Purgatory map.

The loot here is similar to Brasilia and is highly contested. Players need to cross the bridge over the river to access the rest of the map. Crossing the bridge may get tough at times due to players camping.

2. Lumber Mill

Lumber Mill is positioned at the bottom right corner of the map and is the best hot drop location to those earlier two. The area looks like a mill with a few large buildings which resembles Factory from the Bermuda map.

However, this location is maybe the best spot to obtain any type of weapon from AR, SMG to Sniper Rifles. However, to access the rest of the map from this location Players need to cross bridges which can be tricky at times.

1. Brasilia

Brasilia is one of the best hot drop locations on the Purgatory Map and is located in the centre of the map. This area offers rich loot and has quite a no. of buildings as well. Due to its placement on the map, the area is bound to be in the first safe zone.
