Joe Hart says a member of his social media team made the mistake
Tottenham Hotspur’s second choice Goalkeeper Joe Hart posted a congratulatory message ok Instagram which took many fans and supporters by surprise. Hart’s Instagram story read ‘job done’ with the final scoreline of the match. This infuriated Tottenham fans who thought that Hart was indirectly taking a dig at the club.
However since then Joe Hart has come out and posted an apology video. Moreover the post was swiftly deleted. Joe Hart says that a member of his social media team misunderstood the result of the match and posted the rather I’ll timed story.
The Spurs will feel like they have missed another huge opportunity to secure some silverware with the UEFA Europa league their best chance at doing so. The Premier League is out of bounds and it doesn’t look like they can profit from the Cup competition as well.
