This time, Travis Hunter might not be able to silence the fans from talking about his relationship. His girlfriend once again found herself under scrutiny following a viral clip from the Heisman Ceremony.
The Colorado Buffaloes star was honored with the prestigious Heisman Trophy last Saturday after the remarkable season he had on both sides of the ball. Not only he become the first Colorado player to win the honor in three decades, but he also became the second defensive player in collegiate football history to win it after Charles Woodson.
However, as everyone in the audience stood up to honor the two-way superstar after his name was officially announced on the stage, his girlfriend Leanne Lenee was spotted hooked at her seat until she was made to stand up by Deion Sanders, who was seated beside his son Shedeur Sanders.
When Hunter’s fiancee failed to stand up during the announcement, Coach Prime promptly tapped on her shoulder to remind her. This incident raises the question of whether it was as controversial as the moment when Lenee appeared upset after Hunter’s dominating victory in the final game of the regular season.

Despite Lenee’s apparent reluctance, Hunter ignored everything and embraced her in a heartfelt hug to celebrate the precious moment of his career. It was an emotional night for Hunter and his head coach Deion ensured that everything unfolded as planned.

The first thing that Hunter wants after signing his NFL deal is to marry his fiancee Lenee, whom he proposed to earlier this year in February. The couple is planning a wedding in Chattanooga, Tennessee next year.
