Travis Kelce once again proved that he is a true Swiftie, revealing how his superstar girlfriend Taylor Swift’s songs got him through the tough time after the humiliating Super Bowl loss against the Philadelphia Eagles. Although it might seem like an overstatement to some, Swifties know exactly what the legendary tight end means.
Kelce’s grim face was all anyone could talk about after the Kansas City Chiefs’ tough loss of February 9. Many even thought the tight end is seriously contemplating retirement, however, after General Manager Brett Veach confirmed his return next season, those speculations came to rest.
During the recent episode of his prominent New Heights podcast, the ten-time Pro Bowler admitted being depressed after losing the opportunity to make an unprecedented history of three-peat. During this tough time, he truly found solace in her music, which Swifties know is not just entertaining but therapeutic when one needs it to be.
“I just listen to Taylor’s music,” Travis told his big brother, Jason Kelce. “She has something for everything. That’s fair. That’s a good point. No matter what mood, you can find some Taylor music.”
