The city of Los Angeles has become a raging inferno as the Palisades fire continues to spread. The wildfire shows no signs of slowing down, turning everything including vegetation and the luxurious estates of notable Hollywood celebrities into ashes. The fierce winds fueling the wildfires have sent evacuation orders to celebrities such as Ben Affleck and Paris Hilton.
This should be concerning for Taylor Swift too as she owns a luxurious residence in Los Angeles, one that is of historical significance. The pop star’s residence belongs to iconic film producer Samuel Goldwyn and is valued at $25 million. The seven-bedroom, 10-bathroom, and two-guest bedroom estate with a swimming pool and a tennis court is far too precious to be lost in a fire.
Fortunately, for Taylor Swift, her estate does not fall in the way of the raging fire. The regional map released by CBS shows her mansion is located outside the mandatory evacuation zone and therefore, she can remain stress-free about losing one of the crown jewels in her real estate portfolio.

The Palisades fire has destroyed thousands of homes and has forced many to seek refuge in hotels and shelters. Ben Affleck was forced to leave his home and go to his ex-wife Jennifer Garner’s house until the situation got better. For Paris Hilton, it has been a traumatic experience as she watched the flames destroy her residence on live television.
The fires are ravaging across Malibu and areas where the property values are through the roof. The cause of the fires is unknown but the cause for the quick spread is dry vegetation caused by drought and the high force of winds. Weather forecast predicts that there will not be any rain for at least another week which is bad news for residents.
Taylor Swift’s Beverly Hills estate has become a haven for her and boyfriend Travis Kelce. In a city filled with paparazzi, the duo retreat to the historical residence to enjoy their private time. If the fires were to ravage Swift’s house, it would not be a personal loss to her but would result in the permanent destruction of a piece of history built in 1934 by one of the most influential names that shaped Hollywood.
