It is safe to say, Donna Kelce is her children’s biggest cheerleader. Although, the mom of two does not falter from giving her blunt advice. Travis Kelce is making his acting debut with a 10-episodic series, and his mother Kelce had a behind-the-scenes story to share.

Speaking of on-screen exposure, the football tight end has previously hosted “Saturday Night Live” and once appeared in the comedy series “Moonbase 8″. As for Kelce’s first major role on FX’s “Grotesquerie”, Donna Kelce served him some pragmatism prior to the shoot.

In an interview with Variety, she revealed the fearless trait of the younger Kelce. Highlighting parenting methods, Donna shared how some guardians maintain a hypercontrolled environment for their children. Personally, the Chiefs tight end’s mom believed in giving leverage to her children to fail.

You know, sometimes parents want to fix things for their kids. But sometimes it’s better to just let them fail. You learn the most from things you don’t do well. Hopefully, if this is something he wants to do, he’ll get better at it.

Donna Kelce entrusted her faith in Travis to leave room for improvement. Showing her support, she attended the premiere for the horror series on Monday. Although, Kelce’s role in the drama has not yet been officially disclosed. According to current information, he plays a “bed nurse” who makes an appearance for the first time in the show’s third episode. “Grotesquerie” co-star and executive producer Courtney B. Vance admits that his appearance plays a helping hand in the show.

Donna Kelce to appear in another movie with Eagles connection

After cameo in the movie ‘Holiday Touchdown: A Chiefs Love Story’, people thought it’s be the last of Donna Kelce on the big screen. Little did they know, she is set to appear in her second Hallmark movie of the year, Christmas on Call. It will release by the end of the year, though the date is not fixed.

The movie centers on the residents on Philadelphia, where her son Jason used to play as a center for the Eagles. Although that is not the only Eagles connection in the movie. features a new song by The Philly Specials, a group comprised of Eagles players Jordan Mailata, Lane Johnson and Jason Kelce.

The movie will be a part of Hallmark’s 15th annual Countdown to Christmas programming event. The former movie, where she plays Kansas City Chiefs manager, she has donned No. 87 jersey in honor of Travis. The Holiday Touchdown will premiere on Nov. 30 on the Hallmark Channel while the other is yet to be announced.
