Travis Kelce and Taylor Swift catch WILD stray from female comedian’s Luigi Mangione joke

With the scale of fandom, Taylor Swift has it is relatively easier for trend dwellers to fend off her for views and money eventually. Comedian Hannah Berner has recently sent the internet into a frenzy after her controversial joke about Luigi Mangione. It wasn’t him that sent the internet mad though, it was the comedian’s comment dragging in Swift and her boyfriend Travis Kelce.
It is common knowledge for any internet user that Taylor Swift’s cult fandom is defensive of the singer. Having said that, recently, Berner has been standing at the receiving end of Swifties‘ wrath. That came as a consequence of the comedian making a joke that compared Swift’s relationship with Travis Kelce to that of Luigi Mangione, a US citizen charged with murder, and his rising popularity.
Berner, in her Netflix single, commented that nobody but Mangione and Kelce would know popularity from women by “shooting” into the wealthy benefactor.
Who knew, besides Travis Kelce, that you could become so popular with women by shooting loads into a billionaire?
Hannah Berner joked
The comment, as soon as it reached Swift’s audiences, had negative impacts on Berner. The comedian was ripped to shreds on the internet, with comments spammed on platform X. They claim that her joke was ‘vile’ and objectified Taylor Swift. Meanwhile, some found it unfunny beyond disrespectful to have used the singer at a laugh’s expense considering Mangione’s case stood at a sensitive point.

Taylor Swift or any of the parties involved have not addressed the joke or paid heed to the Swifties‘ claims. However, it is unlikely that the singer will react to the comment if her previous actions have been any indication. It remains to be seen whether the joke impacts Hannah Berner’s career or if she steers clear.
Trevor Noah once spoke about giving Taylor Swift a break from the critics
Trevor Noah seemed to have included Taylor Swift in his monologue at the 2024 Grammy Awards. Surprisingly, this one gained a contrastingly pleasing reaction from the Swifties. The comedian brought up the NFL fans who were mad about the singer frequently on their TVs while they watched the game.

Noah reasoned with the irrationality that Taylor Swift did not have any control over the cameras. He went on to declare that on Swift’s behalf, he would showcase football players every time the singer was mentioned. No sooner did his joke end than the cameras panned to Terry Crews.
The cameras also broadcasted Taylor Swift then who seemed to have been enjoying the joke. While the joke had less effect on the NFL audiences, the Swifties made it a note. Now, Noah Trevoris mentioned to school comedians on how to make respectful jokes.
