The Kelce family welcomed its newest member last week. Jason Kelce and his wife, Kylie, welcomed their fourth daughter after months of anticipation.
The couple had yet to decide on the name of the newborn girl in the weeks leading up to her birth. The arrival of the child brought in excitement amongst the members of the family, but nobody was more excited than Uncle Travis!
Travis Kelce had not met his new-born niece, and fortunately, their first face-to-face happened while he was filming the latest episode of the New Heights podcast with his brother, Jason Kelce. The uncle complained of having received just one picture of his niece from the time she was born.
Jason asked him if he would like to see her on-air. The tight end sprung at the offer and responded positively.
Yes! I want to see my new niece, Jason! You only sent one picture, You didn’t even tell me what name you picked yet.
Travis Kelce said
Once Kylie brought her newest daughter in front of the camera, Travis melted. The proud uncle gasped as he adored her.
Hey, little muffin! Look at you. You hanging out with Mom? Tell Ky I said hello. I’m glad everything’s going great.
Travis Kelce said
He proceeded to ask the most important question, one that had plagued the minds of her loyal fanbase. What is the name of their newborn princess?

Kylie Kelce revealed that she and Jason had decided to name her Finnley ‘Finn’ Anne Kelce. The couple had to decide on the name in the hospital as they had to fill out the paperwork, which required them to enter the name of the child.
Well, you can technically leave without it, but we wouldn’t remember to fill out the f***ing paperwork, so, we had to do it.

Travis Kelce could not stop himself from smiling and adoring his fourth niece.
Travis Kelce gave his sister-in-law, Kylie, props for giving birth to Finnley Ann Kelce
Childbirth is hard, but Kylie Kelce has embraced that challenge. The mother of four daughters continues to defy the stereotypes that come attached with the tag of being the spouse of an NFL player.
Travis could not help but give her props, “You’re impressive, Ky! You’re impressive,” the tight end said. Kylie humbly accepted his thanks, but gave credit to Jason for his support as well.

Jason and Kylie Kelce have four daughters: Wyatt, aged five; Elliotte, aged four; Bennett, aged two; and their newborn, Finnley Anne. The couple has continued their tradition of using gender-neutral names for all of their children. It was something that they both thought deeply about after the birth of their first daughter.
There were many names considered before the couple arrived at Finnley. Some of the potential names were Charlie, Garrett, and Merritt. The couple ruled out Charlie because multiple friends of theirs had children before them and named their kids the same. The other two names did not make the cut because Kylie did not want her daughters’ nicknames to be Gary in case they chose Garrett and Merri, in case they chose Merritt.
The mother of four shared her insight into naming her daughter and the entire process on the January 9th episode of the Not Gonna Lie with Kylie Kelce podcast. Kylie briefly considered naming their fourth daughter with a conventional ‘girly’ name, but she and Jason decided otherwise, because it would not have sat well with their other three daughters.
Fortunately, Finnley Ann was not named after a Kate Hudson character, as Kylie had almost named her youngest daughter ‘Andie’ from the movie How to Lose a Guy in 10 Days.
