The Paris Olympics basketball semi-finals went in strong, and they attracted a huge star-studded crowd at the Bercy Arena on August 8. Travis Scott was among the many who came in to watch France face Germany. Afterward, he went to watch Team USA and Serbia compete in an unpredictable match. In a series of pictures he posted on his story, one was him with the Olympic torch.

Travis Scott took some time from his sold-out Eutopia tour to head to Paris to catch up on a game or two. Subsequently, Scott posted a picture of holding the Olympic torch angled in front of his face. The rapper wore an all-black outfit in the picture. This comes at a time when the Paris Olympics did not lack pop-culture inclusivity, with Snoop Dogg hosting.

Travis Scott and Quavo were spotted, and they were all fired up to watch the USA in the semi-finals. The rapper wore a Sand Springs letterman jacket when Serbia gave a tough match to Team USA. Serbia dominated in the first three quarters, but the USA bounced back in the last one, snatching the victory.

On the other hand, the France vs Germany match was an epic showdown. France came to play, and they showed it to the best defensive team in the Olympic tournament. Germany was handed its first competitive loss in 2 years. All in all, it was worth it for Scott, as his nation will now play in the finals.

Travis Scott had a special request for LeBron James after Team USA’s tough win against Serbia. The American rapper took to X (formerly known as Twitter) ahead of the semi-finals. He tweeted asking people to tell LeBron James he needed an Olympic jersey.

Right after that, Travis Scott had a thing or two to say about the match. The rapper was stoked about the match and tweeted that it was wild. The comments section was filled with agreements from the people on the thrilling game.

Next up, Team USA will battle out host France in the finals. After the semi-finals, it was tough anticipating the victory. Nonetheless, the finals will keep the audience on the edge of their seats. Considering his excitement, Travis Scott will most likely attend the finals.
