Former Los Angeles Dodgers star Trevor Bauer is once again making the headlines. The pitcher, who has been out of the MLB since 2021 after charges of domestic violence and s**ual assault were labeled at him, found himself getting trolled by the minor league team of the Los Angeles Angels.
Despite seeing his suspension coming down from 324 to 194 games and being reinstated to the league, the 33-year-old is yet to find his way back into the MLB. He, though, keeps on sharing videos of him on YouTube and other social media accounts, while playing in international leagues.
In his latest video on YouTube, he went up against LA Angels prospect Christian Moore. In the live at-bat, Bauer would throw pitches at Moore in order to find out if he could be the next Mike Trout.
During the 9th at bat, Bauer managed to get an 0-2 count against Moore. However, the Angels youngster would connect on a pitch right down the middle later on. In the background simulator, the ball would fly over the fence, giving him a two-run home run.
The Angels AA team, Rocket City Trash Pandas, would take this opportunity and trolled Bauer. On X, they would reshare the clip of Moore hitting a home run off Bauer and purposefully censored Bauer’s name from the tweet.
Hope everyone is enjoying their weekend.

Fans across social were left divided after this tweet from the minor league team. While some joined in on the trolling, some fans were not pleased with it and claimed that dragging his name was unnecessary.
Trevor Bauer continues to make case for MLB return
With the MLB offseason currently underway, Trevor Bauer has continued to make a case for MLB return. He though has not done this directly. Instead of directly wishing to be back in the league, he has taken a passive way to express his desire to return.
Two weeks ago, popular sports writer Dan Clark highlighted Bauer’s recent accomplishments in Japan, US and Mexico. In the tweet, Clark said that he is still good enough to be part of a team on a low contract and called it absurd that no team has thought of it.
Bauer would come across this post on X. He would later re-post this, signaling that he is ready to sign even a one-year deal with a team.
OPINION: @BauerOutage is still good enough to be in most MLB rotations, and he has said he'll play for the league minimum.

It's absurd he still hasn't been offered a 1-year, low risk deal.
Through the 2021 season, Bauer has a 83-69 record in the league and has picked up 1,416 strikeouts, while pitching with an ERA of 3.79. In the COVID-19 shortened 2020 season, he won the National League Cy Young Award while going 5-4 with a 1.79 ERA with the Cincinnati Reds.
