The Awesome Truth defended their World Tag Team Championship on the latest episode of Raw against Finn Balor and JD McDonagh of The Judgment Day. After some shenanigans from Liv Morgan, the two Irishmen came out on top and became the new champions.
Triple H congratulated the duo with a post on X. He posted a photo of himself alongside the tag team and mentioned how The Judgment Day had gotten their hands on the tag belts once again, no matter the means required to achieve this goal.
The match involved plenty of chaos, with interference from Morgan, Dominik Mysterio, Braun Strowman, and Carlito. During the match, the Women’s World Champion hit R-Truth’s neck on the rope. This allowed Finn Balor to land a Coup De Grace and pick up the victory.
The Judgment Day holds tag team championship gold once again… by any means necessary.

The two Irishmen participated in a Fatal-4-Way Tag Team match on the May 13th, 2024 edition of Raw. With some help from Carlito, they won the match and became the #1 contenders for the World Tag Team Championship. However, they were unable to win their championship match after interference from the Monster Among Men.
The Judgment Day got another shot at the tag titles after nearly a month on the latest episode of Raw. This time, they took no half-measures and reclaimed the tag gold that they lost nearly three months ago at WrestleMania XL.
Triple H talks about major changes coming to the WWE after Raw moves to Netflix in 2025
During a recent appearance on The Pat McAfee Show, The Game talked about WWE’s $5 billion deal with Netflix. He revealed that the company had to deal with several restrictions imposed by their broadcasting partners. However, with Raw and other WWE content eventually moving to Netflix, the creative team will have a much freer hand.
Triple H asserted that Netflix was a completely different animal. There were going to be several changes with commercials, breaks, the show’s length, and restrictions. Even if the crowd starts chanting an NSFW slur, networks like Fox cut the audio from the live broadcast.
The King of Kings said that when The Rock comes out on TV, no one can tell him what to do. This landed them in some hot water with the broadcasting channels. However, they won’t be having these issues with Netflix. The new deal would allow them to focus on content rather than worrying about working around restrictions.
