This year’s SummerSlam featured great storylines culminating in outstanding matches. However, when the stakes are so high in wrestling, injuries are bound to happen. Triple H addressed this issue in the post-show press conference. The two superstars who suffered injury scares were Bloodline member Jacob Fatu and former U.S. Champion Logan Paul.

While speaking in the WWE SummerSlam Post-Show, Triple H stated that Jacob Fatu and Logan Paul might have suffered injuries. Hunter informed me that The Maverick was a little ‘banged up,’ as one might expect after his classic match with LA Knight. Regarding The Samoan Werewolf, he mentioned that his leg had been bothering him since his last match and hoped that it wasn’t anything serious.

Talking about the matches themselves, Logan battled The Megastar in his third title defense and, as always, delivered a stellar performance. The 29-year-old star shocked the wrestling world by pulling off a springboard moonsault out of nowhere to stun his opponent. Although his entourage tried to help him from outside, it didn’t work out this time, as Knight won his first title in WWE by hitting a BFT.

Unfortunately, (Fatu) got a little bit banged up in that last match. The only two real… Logan's a little banged up, as he should be, and Jacob's a little banged up. I'll see where that nets out here in a little bit. Hopefully nothing serious, but it was bugging him a little bit, the leg, so we'll see where he is.

On the other side, Fatu played a crucial role in the main event match between Solo Sikoa and Cody Rhodes. When Tama Tonga and Tonga Loa were effectively neutralized by Kevin Owens and Randy Orton, the 32-year-old star decided to take matters into his own hands.

He destroyed the Undisputed WWE Champion by putting him through a table, but he also injured himself in the process. In the end, however, his efforts were in vain as Roman Reigns returned to attack Solo, allowing his arch-rival to retain the title.

Triple H opened up on whether Stephanie McMahon had an official role in WWE or not

The WWE Universe received another surprise when cameras captured Stephanie McMahon enjoying the show from the crowd area. Following her frequent appearances since WrestleMania XL, fans began to wonder whether she had an official role in WWE. Her husband, Triple H, discussed this in detail at the post-show press conference.

When asked whether his wife had an official role in WWE, Hunter answered no. He stated that right now, she was enjoying the show with their kids because of her love for the business. The 14-time world champion further added that she was simply enjoying the show as she had since her childhood.

She does not have an official role right now, but I can tell you this: She loves this, absolutely loves it. she's sitting there right next to me [like] a little kid enjoying it and loving it. It's been her whole life since she was little. No official role right now. Right now, her official role is she's enjoying our kids getting too old too fast, but we'll see.

Although The Game clarified that Steph had no official role in WWE, he hinted that she could be around in the future. She last appeared a few weeks ago on the SmackDown and Raw shows. Needless to say, the majority of the WWE Universe wants her to return to the Stamford-based company.
