Saturday Night’s Main Event will be remembered as the night that Jacob Fatu was unleashed. Fatu squared off against Braun Strowman in a monster vs. monster showdown. Despite facing a disqualification loss, it was Fatu who stood tall at the end. The Samoan Werewolf laid a hellacious beatdown on Strowman, leaving him in a bloody mess. Reacting to the chaotic brawl, Triple H sent a message on social media.
Without revealing his exact reaction, the WWE CCO seemingly sent a warning to the rest of the roster. Fatu signed with WWE after WrestleMania last year, debuting months later on television. Afterward, he’s been Solo Sikoa‘s Enforcer in The Bloodline, appearing in the background alongside his family. However, fans have long awaited for him to explode and showcase his true potential.
Since the start of the year, Fatu has quickly but convincingly shifted to becoming a singles star on SmackDown. Over the past few weeks, he has taken charge on the blue brand amidst Tonga Loa‘s injury hiatus and uncertainty around Sikoa’s status.

Subsequently, it was Strowman who stepped up to the former MLW star. The Monster Among Men posed as Fatu’s first tough challenge in WWE, as arenas exploded at the prospect of a match between them. However, Fatu shut down Strowman’s attempts last night by sidelining him out of action indefinitely.
Usually, fines and suspensions are handed out for such brutal actions. However, it seems no one would dare cross paths with Jacob Fatu now, whether it be Nick Aldis or Triple H. Keeping that in mind, it will be interesting to see what lies ahead for the 32-year-old star.
Tama Tonga updates X bio after calming Jacob Fatu down at Saturday Night’s Main Event
Jacob Fatu’s beatdown was so brutal that it needed Tama Tonga to calm his cousin down. Tonga arrived at the scene after Fatu delivered a trifecta of moonsaults on Braun Strowman. Following the car crash segment, Tonga took to X and sent a message to the WWE Universe.
The former WWE Tag Team Champion updated his X bio, now terming himself as “The Voice of Reason.” Despite losing two of its members, Fatu and Tonga have continued to assert their dominance on SmackDown.

With the future of The Bloodline uncertain, Tonga, like Fatu, might soon pursue his own singles run in WWE. Last year, Tonga showed glimpses of what he’s capable of, advancing into the King of the Ring semifinals. At the moment, the duo could be headed to the Royal Rumble, eyeing a WrestleMania main event and revenge on a few of the names in the match.
