After game two against the Milwaukee Bucks, Tyrese Haliburton made a strong statement during game one of the series. He asserted that his little brother was called the n-word while he attended the game at the Fiserv Forum Arena.
He made this known during a post-game press conference at the end of his team series-tying victory over the Bucks. According to Tyrese Haliburton, the word was said at some point during the game on Sunday.

Coincidentally, the Haliburton’s grew up near Milwaukee, and some would find it shocking that his little brother was subjected to that ill-mannered treatment. However, he said his family and everyone associated with him are handling the situation maturely.
Furthermore, the Milwaukee Bucks, in a statement, said that the alleged incident was reported to the arena’s security, and according to the alleged perpetrator, denied making the statement. The Indiana Pacers hope to put the ugly incident behind them when they return to base to a better crowd.
Tyrese Haliburton’s change of voice in the middle of a sentence goes viral
Tyrese Haliburton was rounding up his media duties when his comments went viral, which was funny enough not because of his comments but because of how he said them. The Indiana Pacers guard switched his voice in the middle of his sentence.
He is well known for switching his voice, as he has done in his previous interviews. Furthermore, he has a very popular clip where he was a guest on JJ Redick’s show and was seen switching his voice on multiple occasions. His voice is a rare skill, as is his ball skills, which he has used to good effect and helped the Pacers qualify for the playoffs.
Tyrese Haliburton had an excellent season for the Pacers, averaging 20.1 PPG, 3.9 RPG, 10.9 APG, and 1.2 SPG during the regular season. Although the alleged incident occurred to his brother, the plan from fans is that it shouldn’t affect him and thus derail the Pacers’ run far into the playoffs.
