Tyron Woodley and Vicente Luque to battle out at UFC 260


According to ESPN, UFC is in the process of finalizing a grand fight between former UFC welterweight champion, Tyron Woodley and 10th ranked Vicente Luque for UFC 260, scheduled to take place on March 27.
Woodley’s comeback from broken ribs

The US welterweight champion didn’t have a pleasant UFC meet up the last time he fought. Woodley competed with his bitter rival, Colby Covington. The main event of UFC fight night 178 in Las Vegas left his ribs shattered. That was Woodley’s third loss in a row. He previously lost to Kamaru Usman and Gilbert Burns successively.
Winning this would mean a lot to the former champion. The former champion also came out stating he went into depression after losing the belt to Kamaru Usman. “The Chosen One” also told reporters that “the switch didn’t switch instantly” when asked about the depression.
Will the Silent Assassin continue his stand out finishing?

The Silent assassin stands 10th in the ranking of Welterweights in the UFC. His last two fights have been tremendously in favor of the Brazilian. Unlike Tyron Woodley, his last two fights have been in his favor as he knocked out another American Welterweight, Randy Brown, and Niko Price Round 2 and 3 respectively. The Brazilian’s last defeat against “Wonderboy”, Stephen Thompson.
