It looks like Tyson Fury’s dream of turning his lineal heavyweight champion into an undisputed heavyweight champion has been halted. As such, Oleksandr Usyk defeated the former WBC heavyweight champion for the first time in his professional career. Fans react to Tyson Fury’s post-fight speech

The closest Fury came to being stopped in the undisputed fight was in the ninth round. This was when a lightning-fast attack from the Olympic gold medalist caused Fury to stumble towards the ropes. The Gypsy King barely managed to survive Usyk’s barrage of attacks with the use of ropes.

However, while all of this was impressive, Fury sustained a lot of damage. Many people even argued that the referee should have stopped the fight at this point. As such, after witnessing Fury’s post-fight speech this notion was further asserted.
