UEFA Europa League: Real Betis vs Bayer Leverkusen Player Ratings as Betis hold Leverkusen with a 1-1 in crucial Europa League clash

Real Betis and Bayer Leverkusen displayed some amazing football but it ended in 1-1 draw. Both the teams were defensively sharp but goal scoring chances were very less from both ends. But in 2nd half, at 75th minute Leverkusen defender Frimpong made a mistake which helped Betis get ahead by scoring on penalty courtesy of Iglesias. But Andrich scored an outstanding goal in 82nd minute to level the score.

Joaquin (7/10): He had an excellent game with some very good passes to Fekir and Iglesias for goal scoring and also helped the team during defensive build up.
Borja Iglesias (8/10): Iglesias was very sharp with his touches and he had 4 shots on goal. He helped Betis get the lead by scoring an amazing penalty in the 2nd half.
Substitutes

Alex Moreno (6/10): After coming in as a substitute Moreno tried to create attacking opportunities but lack of effective passing couldn’t lead to effective build up.
Diego Lainez (7/10): Lainez was tactically brought in for creating more chances for Betis in the game to attack. He had some great touches and passes to Fekir and Ruibal for getting more scoring chances.
Sergio Canales (7/10): Canales replaced Fekir to bring more pace in the midfield and to break Leverkusen defense. His pass completion was 90% in his short span of play.

Substitutes
Florian Wirtz (7/10): In the 2nd half, he had a shot on goal and made some great passes to Alario and Bellarabi. This helped Bayer Leverkusen get more scoring chances .
Patrick Schick (6/10): Schick played for 22 minutes but he was unable to get in positions. He also had only 67% passing accuracy leading more possession for Betis
Paulinho (6/10): Seoane brought in Paulinho to attack the tiring Betis. But Paulinho and Schick couldn’t create much chances at 2nd half.
