The UFC Welterweight champion, Kamaru Usman, and former interim UFC Welterweight champion, Colby Covington delivered perfectly what was expected from both of them at the pre-fight press conference of UFC 268. Usman and Covington traded some below the comments for each other and dragged even their families into the verbal war.
Covington’s broken jaw in the first fight still remained a matter of controversy in this press conference. Usman slammed him by saying about his broken jaw, “Could you please make that phone call? Please, I need him here to watch you get your face broken this time.” The Nevada Athletic Commission’s report showed that Colby Covington’s jaw got broken after the first fight but ‘Chaos’ still denies it.
The famous pink suit guy, Josh Cohen also questioned Covington’s broken jaw at UFC 268 press conference about the first fight saying, “In two days, you get a chance to step inside that cage and they will the locked door and you will attempt to take that belt violently from that man by any means necessary. My question to you is, if you were to somehow lose this fight, will you allow an independent medical team to look at your X-rays from 2019 to determine once and for all, that man broke your face?”
Colby Covington didn’t go easy on him and owned the pink suit guy by saying, “One sec, one sec, you look like a bottle of Pepto-Bismol and it makes sense because you got diarrhea in the mouth, son! Get out of my arena! Get out of here! Throw him out of here! Get this clown out of my building!”

After having a really intense press conference, it was the time that the fight fans were eagerly waiting for, the faceoff between these two giants of the Welterweight division. Kamaru Usman and Colby Covington came last on the stage to stand face to face against each other.
The UFC president Dana White was standing right between them and Usman pushed Covington saying, “you little b*tch” and the former UFC interim Welterweight champion, fired back at him saying, “you’re dead, motherf*cker.”
