Dustin Poirier- Michael Bisping
UFC Hall of Famer Michael Bisping has earned the right to give his opinion on all things associated with MMA. The Brit has been known to give his insightful takeaways through his media appearance whether for BT Sport, UFC, his Youtube Channel titled “Believe You Me.” The former UFC Middleweight Champion is surely having a fan base that sticks to listen to him forever.
In his recent appearance on his podcast “Believe You Me” Bisping made the official prediction for the lightweight title fight headlining as the main event of UFC 269 between the reigning champion Charles Oliveira and challenger Dustin Poirier. Oliveira is coming off from winning the belt early this year at UFC 262 when he knocked out Michael Chandler for the vacant UFC lightweight championship whereas Poirier is coming off two back-to-back wins against megastar Conor McGregor, finishing off the trilogy with a 2-1 edge in Poirier’s favour.
Michael Bisping predicts a finish at UFC 269 main-event, gives reason

Michael Bisping was accompanied by former UFC Welterweight fighter Alan Jouban. Both the men started off the discussion on the main event by breaking down the fighting styles and discussing the stats. The stats seemed to favour Charles Oliveira more but Dustin Poirier was ahead in terms of the past competition and resume of victories. In the end, Bisping and Jouban both gave their official prediction with Bisping going first.
“I just feel the fire [of motivation] burns a little stronger for [Dustin] Poirier, in terms of his legacy, his destiny, the journey that he’s been on and for those reasons my official pick is Dustin Poirier by TKO,” said Bisping. “I think he finishes the fight, round 3 or round 4 as you say with the hands.” Jouban has the same prediction but seems he sees Poirier finishing the fight in the second round.
